Detroit Bus Drivers Receives First Raise In Three Years

(CBS Detroit) - Detroit bus drivers are set to get a pay raise for the first time in nearly three years.

Under the new proposal, drivers will start at a base rate of $15 an hour with a maximum wage of $21 an hour.

Mayor Mike Duggan says the proposed four-year contract will also give drivers a 2.5% pay increase every year.
