Group Protests Area Near Belle Isle for "Black Joy", Demanding DPD Funding ReinvestedYesterday at about 5:20 pm a group of about 30 protestors took over an intersection of eastbound Jefferson Avenue and Grand River Boulevard in Detroit, which is right in front of the Belle Isle entrance.
