Now five years later, it has grown to include nearly 200 members taking part in a 17,000-square-foot gym. Upon first consideration, cross fitness may seem to be over the top for many people, but the philosophy of owner Jason David is that anyone can take part in classes whether it is a world-class athlete or grandma looking to get healthier.
