The store sells everything from infant clothes to clothes for teenagers, and it strives to provide its customers with an "informative shopping experience." Elephant Ears also offers on-site child passenger safety technicians, baby-wearing experts and a lactation consultant for customers, in order to answer any questions you may have.

DCreated Boutique just opened in March of 2014 by Brianna Williams and has already received rave reviews. DCreated started out as an Etsy shop in 2011, and you can still buy things there, but now it has a physical location. The shop sells "handcrafted infant and children wear," as well as bags (diaper clutch sets, etc.), and its selection is very varied. The store also sells baby blankets, tutus, headbands, cloth diapers and baby shoes and booties.

James & Olive, formerly known as Green Baby, is located in downtown Rochester and offers unique, one-of-a-kind outfits and gifts. The store has both high-end and affordable pieces of clothing for newborns through age six, and also carries some locally-made items. The clothing store has received the Golden Door Service Award for five years running (2008-2013), and the building where James & Olive resides was built in 1919; the building's "historic name" is Oliver P. Gibbs Block.

Modern Natural Baby can be found on 9 Mile Road in downtown Ferndale, near the intersection of 9 Mile and Woodward. The owners, Emily and John, have two sons, and are cloth diaper advocates. They previously had an online store, Luving Mamma Diapers, and later bought a brick and mortar store which today is Modern Natural Baby. Most things sold at the store are biodegradable, and you'll find some of those hard-to-find baby clothing items here, including PJs, organic clothing, BabyLegs and tights and even diaper bags and breastfeeding accessories.

Lil' Rascals is located on the edge of downtown Birmingham and has great sales and unique items of clothing for babies (and older children as well). The store also sells gifts, and can do monogramming and/or personalization of gifts such as towels, blankets and other items. The store even carries accessories for newborns and very young children. Lil' Rascals also has some designer names/clothing lines in store, as well.
