Charges In Fatal Train Crash
The man accused of causing a fatal train crash in Brownstown Township over the weekend will face a judge Thursday on charges of second degree murder.
Police say Michael Radford of Belleville was speeding away from a traffic stop when he drove around the railroad gates at Telegraph and Van Horn Roads on Sunday afternoon and was struck by a train.
A passenger in his car died in the crash.
Radford also faces charges of drunk driving and fleeing police.
