Woman Charged In Biker Bar Fatal Shooting
A 19-year-old Detroit woman has been charged after authorities say she fatally shot a woman and wounded three others outside a motorcycle club on the city's east side.
Iesha A. Elmore was arraigned Monday in 36th District Court in Detroit on charges including first-degree murder and three counts of assault with intent to commit murder. She was ordered held without bond ahead of a Dec. 22 preliminary hearing.
A message seeking information on whether Elmore had a lawyer was sent to prosecutors. There's no working telephone listing for her in Detroit.
Police say the shooting happened early Wednesday following a possible argument. A 26-year-old woman was killed and the others were treated at a Detroit hospital.
The murder charge is punishable by life in prison without parole.
