Auburn Hills-based Dialogue Marketing Inc., a nationwide provider of customer relationship management services, announced plans to invest $5 million to expand its call center and customized software development operations in Troy.

The expansion will yield a tax credit by the Michigan Economic Growth Authority of $474,012 over a three-year period.
