Martin Mayhew Speaks With The Media (Video)
Martin Mayhew met with the media Thursday afternoon to have a pre draft press conference. Mayhew talked about players that could be around when the Lions draft 13th next Thursday night.
Lions fans over the past few years have been used to drafting in the top 5, now the Lions have to look at every player ranked from 1 to 30 on their draft board for their mid round pick.
When asked about drafting by need Mayhew said "we have a lot more needs then people realize… our philosophy is to take the best player and I don't think that will change". Below you will find video of Martin Mayhew talking about drafting by need.
