WARREN (WWJ) – A video surveillance tape released Friday by Warren police shows a Detroit teenager just seconds before he was beaten to death. WWJ’s Stephanie Davis has seen the video, and reports that the tape is chilling.

The whole crime takes place in about two minutes. On the video you see the victim, 17-year-old, Nathan McMillon, running across 8 Mile near Dequindre, then you see three men trailing him, then seven more.
