3 Siblings Charged After Holdups In Muskegon Area

MUSKEGON (AP) - Authorities say three siblings are facing charges after a series of convenience store holdups in the Muskegon area.

The Muskegon Chronicle reports 21-year-old Lloyd Brown, 19-year-old Jordan Brown and 16-year-old Adonis Brown are charged with armed robbery. Adonis Brown is charged as an adult.

Their mother Ebony Watson says they're "good kids" who don't deserve harsh treatment. She says Adonis Brown shouldn't have been charged as an adult. If they're guilty, however, she says they deserve to be punished.

Lloyd Brown was charged in three armed robberies and on Friday was charged in a fourth. Jordan and Adonis Brown are charged in a Nov. 30 robbery.

Lloyd and Jordan Brown are being held at the Muskegon County Jail. Their younger brother is at a juvenile facility.
