Tigers Still Showing Interest In Nationals' Lannan
The Tigers are continuing to show interest in Nationals pitcher John Lannan, sources said.
Tigers people have suggested they believe they can find a fifth starter from amongst an impressive group of youngsters auditioning, but owner Mike ilitch's win-now attitude was exemplified by the late signing of star Prince Fielder for $214 million.
Lannan, who went 10-13 with a 3.70 ERA, has been on the block since the winter.
