Native Detroiter & “raw chef to the stars”, Jason Wrobel , is doing a cooking demonstration & he advises making gradual changes.

Veg-Fest also features many vegetarian restaurants, former Piston & NBA champ John Sally, and doctors. It runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Suburban Collection Showplace.

Admission is $10  for adults, five dollars for students, and it’s free for children under 6.
