BROOKLYN, Mich. – Kurt Busch got into a heated exchange with an ESPN reporter after Saturday’s Nationwide Series race at Michigan International Speedway.
Busch finished third in Saturday’s race at MIS, his first back after NASCAR’s one week suspension for an altercation with The Sporting News reporter Bob Pockrass at Dover. He did not wait on pit road as is customary to be interviewed by Motor Racing Network as part of the post race procedure of speaking to the first five finishers in the race.
After a cooling off period, Busch did come to the Michigan media center as is the NASCAR obligation for the top three finishers in every race.
