Plex says 3Q Revenue Jumps 33 Percent

TROY -- Plex Systems Inc. provider of the Plex Online cloud manufacturing management software, announced a 33.1 percent increase in revenue for the third quarter ended Sept. 30.

As a private company, Plex does not release dollar figures for its sales and profitability.

The company said it added 12 new customers during the quarter, seven in automotive, two in aerospace and three from other industry groups.

Also during the quarter, 26 employees joined the company, bringing the total to 249 during the quarter, an increase of 66 employees since Jan. 1.
