The woman said she told the man no, to which he allegedly replied that he was going to follow her on the bus.

Police say the woman got on the bus and rode to a stop at 8 Mile and Livernois where she got off. The woman told police she looked for the suspect when she stepped off the bus, but didn’t see him, so she started walking north on Livernois.

The woman said she walked several blocks before the same man appeared out of the darkness and attacked her. She told police the man grabbed her from behind and began to drag her.
