FARMINGTON HILLS — Prime HealthCare Staffing Inc., provider of strategic staffing placements for rehabilitation professionals, today announced the continued growth of its business in the past year.

Year-over-year revenue grew 14 percent in 2012 compared to the previous year. All company divisions — including travel, school placement and the permanent placement division — reported revenue growth in 2012.

While maintaining control over administrative expenses, the company allocated resources in two key areas to promote growth: an enhanced benefit offering and lucrative completion bonuses helped improve retention of field staff employees and expansion of the internal staff provided better customer service.
“We strengthened our credentialing department and increased our numbers of recruiting and sales consultants,” said Prime Healthcare Staffing Partner Scott Ragland. “Our internal staff is twice the size it was from just over a year ago and there are more hires in the forecast for 2013.”

Prime provides healthcare facilities with certified therapists to complement existing staff and help handle fluctuations in patient population while ensuring high levels of quality care.
