Verizon Network Recognized For Best Overall Performance at Detroit Metro Airport: Verizon Wireless has outperformed the competition in data performance at Metro Airport. The findings come from independent wireless network testing conducted by national research company RootMetrics. RootMetrics measured the network performance of Verizon and its three major competitors before passing through security, at baggage claim, and within the terminals at Metro Airport. Verizon had the best scores in every category that included network speed, email, web & application tests, and network reliability.
