Billhighway Mines Talent from Local Universities, Adding New Interns

TROY (WWJ) -- Billhighway, creator of cloud-based automation software that simplifies finance and fundraising operations, welcomes two new interns to the fold, Veronica Kieffer and Alexandria Garza.

Kieffer, who supports the client relations team at Billhighway, is a recent graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in communications. She is responsible for managing departmental and client-facing communications, reporting, trade show planning, research and market analysis. Prior to joining Billhighway Kieffer completed internships with Ford Motor Co. and Motion, Marketing and Media. While a student at Michigan State University, she was involved with the undergraduate communication association and held two executive board positions.

Garza, the most recent addition to the marketing team, is currently majoring in marketing at Oakland University with an expected graduation date of December 2014. In her role as marketing intern, Garza will help create marketing content to drive brand awareness and lead generation, conduct competitive research, assist with tradeshow, seminar and speaking engagement planning, and coordinate volunteer opportunities for the company. Garza previously interned at Oakland University as part of the athletics marketing and promotions team. She is a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority and currently serves as her chapters' membership vice
president.
