Detroit Tigers Announce 2015 Schedule

DETROIT – The Detroit Tigers today released their 2015 schedule, featuring 81 home games at Comerica Park, including contests against American League Central Division rivals, as well as Interleague contests against the Chicago Cubs, Cincinnati Reds, Milwaukee Brewers and Pittsburgh Pirates. A charter member of the American League since 1901, the Tigers will begin their 115th season in Detroit when the club welcomes the Minnesota Twins for a three-game series April 6-9 at Comerica Park.

The Tigers welcome the Milwaukee Brewers for the first home Interleague series of the season May 18-20, host the Chicago Cubs June 9-10, the Cincinnati Reds June 15-16 and host the Pittsburgh Pirates June 30-July 2. The New York Yankees will make their only trip to Comerica Park April 20-23, the Boston Red Sox will visit August 7-9 and the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim will travel to Detroit August 25-27.

The first 10,000 fans through the gates on Friday, September 26 when the Tigers host the Minnesota Twins will receive a 2015 Detroit Tigers magnet schedule, courtesy of Dunkin' Donuts. Fans may also pick up schedules at the Tigers remaining 2014 home games in September.
