The Renaissance High school grad says, "It's been great, the turn out has been great, support great, and the reviews have been positive.

"This isn't my first venture as a business owner but it's my first in hospitality, so it's something different. I'm excited about it," Bartell said.

The 33-year old entrepreneur has 30-plus employees and hopes to expand to other cities in metro Detroit.
