CBS DETROIT - With offseason workouts underway, the 2015 NFL Draft complete and rookie mini-camp right around the corner, the Detroit Lions announced some jersey number updates Tuesday.

Linebacker Kyle Van Noy will switch from No. 95 to No. 53.

Defensive end Devin Taylor will switch from No. 92 to No. 98, which he wore in college. Incoming veteran defensive tackle Haloti Ngata will be No. 92, which he wore with the Baltimore Ravens.

Rookie guard Laken Tomlinson, Detroit's first-round pick this year, is in discussions with offensive tackle Cornelius Lucas about No. 77, which Tomlinson wore at Duke.

Ndamukong Suh's No. 90 will go to new defensive tackle Gabe Wright, who wore it at Auburn. The Lions traded into the fourth round of last week's draft to select Wright.

Reggie Bush's No. 21 will go to new running back Ameer Abdullah, whom the Lions took with their second-round pick.

Fullback Michael Burton, the team's fifth-round pick this season, will wear No. 46. Cornerback Quandre Diggs, the team's sixth-round pick, will wear No. 36. Offensive tackle Corey Robinson, the team's seventh-round pick, will be No. 70.

Cornerback Alex Carter, whom the Lions took in the third round, has not yet decided on a number. Neither has new defensive tackle Tyrunn Walker, whom the team acquired in free agency.

Veteran guard Manny Ramirez, whom the Lions acquired via trade Thursday, will wear No. 63.

Wide receiver Andrew Peacock is switching from No. 1 to No. 18, and cornerback Nevin Lawson is moving from No. 43 to No. 24.
