With more than 25,000 likes on Wayne State University’s Facebook page and thousands of shares, this decorated mortar board from Thursday’s commencement at the university made the rounds on the Internet.
The hat featured the words “Game of Loans” and “Interest Is Coming” in glued-on gold glitter in the “Game of Thrones” font.

It brought on a dialogue on the Web about the cost of a college education and the struggle to repay the debt.
