Michigan Governor Rick Snyder of Ann Arbor ... tweeted out a congratulations to his Michigan State-Spartan Lt. Governor Brian Calley.

After Saturday's 27-23 Wolverines' loss to MSU, Snyder will wear a Spartan's tie. He tweeted: Congratulations MSU Football. Great game!
