DETROIT (WWJ) – Police are investigating after a 21-year-old man reported that he was robbed and raped at gunpoint in Detroit.
Detroit police confirm the victim was driving home from work early Tuesday morning and was approached at a stop light at Cadieux and Harper by a man at the passenger side window — tapping the window with a gun.

“They take him to a secluded area somewhere in the city at which point they sexually assault him,” Woody told Fox 2.

The suspect left the area of I-94 and Cadieux in a car that was waiting nearby.
