Video games are an amazing thing -- Trust me I know. I play them every night when I get home from work.

One game I don't know too much about is Fallout 4. Everything I have read about the game says it's great, but I don't really play any games other than sports.

Fallout 4 is set in Boston so someone had some free time and decided to create a David Ortiz character for the game.

The mod is available to download, but the only problem is the creator used the Red Sox script as well as their logo and in the world of the MLB that's a big no-no.

According to the Boston Globe:

"The use of these marks is an infringement of our rights. We plan to enforce those rights," an MLB spokesman said in an e-mail Thursday.

Richie Branson, the Texas resident who created the modification for "Fallout 4," said the free download was meant to add a "more authentic" Boston feel to the game.
