Lt. Larry Sheldon said the man was traveling northbound on Bogie Lake Road when he turned in front of a southbound traveling vehicle, driven by a 65-year-old man, and was broadsided.

“It’s still under investigation,” said Sheldon. “We don’t know if the 21-year-old attempted to make a U-turn or was just turning left, but there’s no driveway or roadway in that area.”
