EASTPOINTE (WWJ) – An HIV-positive man is facing jail time after admitting to having sex with his girlfriend without informing her about his status.
Daryl Sample, 34, is set to be scheduled March 1 after pleading guilty last month to one count of sexual penetration by a person infected with AIDS or HIV, a four-year felony. Years after the woman filed her complaint, Sample was arrested and charged in December 2015.
