Ex-Ravens Player Gets 9 Month In Jail In Death Of His Dog
TOWSON, Md. (AP) — Former Baltimore Ravens defensive tackle Terrence Cody has been sentenced to 9 months in jail in connection with the death of his dog.
The 27-year-old Cody was sentenced Thursday in Baltimore County Circuit Court. He had been convicted of several misdemeanors in connection with the starvation death of his dog Taz. He was also convicted of illegally possessing and neglecting an alligator.
Taz, a Canary mastiff, lived in Cody's former home in Reisterstown.
