Weekend Road Work

The heavy rain has caused the Michigan Department of Transportation to postpone many weekend road construction projects. Crews planned to squeeze traffic into one lane on NB I-75 between Big Beaver and Square Lake Rd, Friday night until Sunday afternoon, but that work has been cancelled.

Meantime, a project on I-94 that was postponed last weekend has been put on hold again this weekend. Eastbound I-94 was to be reduced to a single lane between Merriman Rd and Telegraph starting Friday evening until early Monday morning. Again the work has been delayed.

For the latest anytime, tune to WWJ for traffic and weather on the 8s, or check out our RealTime Traffic page.
