Tigers Calling Up Jeff Frazier, Sending Down Larish, Sizemore
The Detroit Tigers optioned infielder Scott Sizemore to Triple-A Toledo this morning to make room for Jhonny Peralta, who was acquired Wednesday.
After today's loss to the Tampa Bay Rays, general manager Dave Dombrowski said on Fox Sports Detroit that the team also plans to send down Jeff Larish and bring up outfielder Jeff Frazier on Friday.
