Bill Cosby: Change Starting In Detroit
One of the biggest supporters of Detroit Public Schools is speaking out this first day back.
Speaking live on WWJ Newsradio 950 this morning, Dr. Bill Cosby says the school district is ready to go the extra mile this year, and that things are really starting to change.
"The most important thing is that we - Robert Bobb and everyone involved - we have to keep showing up, until the people who are responsible realize, you know what we are loved. You know what, we should be responsible," Cosby said.
Cosby says this is an exciting time and he thinks its wonderful that several kids and their parents walked to school together Tuesday morning.
