New Lead Management Tech From RouteOne

The Farmington Hills online auto finance aggregator RouteOne announced Monday that it now offers LeadSync, a tool that automatically exports customer leads directly to a dealership's RouteOne integrated IT systems.

LeadSync builds on RouteOne's industry-leading open integration strategy, integrating a dealer's lead source with more than 70 RouteOne integrated dealer systems providers.

LeadSync, created by RouteOne, works in tandem with RouteOne's WebApplyOne leads management tool, as well as any other RouteOne integrated lead provider. A WebApplyOne lead received from the dealer Website can be automatically forwarded to a dealer's CRM or DSP of their choosing using the LeadSync feature.

Said Mike Jurecki, RouteOne CEO: "As the online experience grows, dealers will find a greater need to sync their CRM and DSP tools with leads from WebApplyOne and any other source that is integrated into RouteOne. Eliminating manual effort will provide dealers a more efficient way to manage and capitalize on their leads."

Additionally, RouteOne has improved the integration interface for DSPs by enabling the display of the lead type (such as contract or lease termination) throughout the lead cycle, allowing dealers to more effectively filter and act upon high priority leads. Metrics on lead performance can also be created, enabling dealers to determine and capitalize on those lead types that are most profitable.

Dealers may contact RouteOne sales support at (866) 933-0663 or salessupport@routeone.com for additional information. DSPs interested in integration may contact RouteOne Project Manager Matt Orlando at (248) 862-7170 or morlando@routeone.com .

RouteOne was formed in 2002 by General Motors Acceptance Corp. (now Ally Financial), Chrysler Financial, Ford Motor Credit Co., and Toyota Financial Services to create a more streamlined credit application for automobile dealers and their customers. Providing access to more than 21,500 dealers in North America, RouteOne's Web-based system allows automotive dealers to submit credit applications to the largest indirect lenders, request credit reports, and increase profitability with RouteOne's free Dealer Reporting Suite. RouteOne's open integration business model also allows the dealer to integrate with their choice of a wide variety of providers, including DSPs, CRM systems, finance and insurance modules and menu providers.
