Go, Go America - Engaging Read For Kids

If you have a child who loves to learn about the 50 states and their distinctive characteristics, then Dan Yaccarino's book Go, Go America, will give them plenty to talk about.

The book includes one to two pages for each state, and facts about products and innovations that each state launched. For example, it was in Detroit Michigan that the first stop sign was introduced in 1915, and Ginger Ale was first produced accidentally by James Vernor in 1866.

The book is full of facts that kids will love, such as the cherry pit and spit contest in Eau Claire, Michigan, each July.
