Stryker Declares Dividend

The Kalamazoo medical device maker Stryker Corp. (NYSE: SYK) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share.

The dividend is payable on Oct. 29 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 30.

Stryker provides orthopaedic implants and medical and surgical equipment.
