Detroit-based Compuware Corp. Monday announced a competitive switch program called “More” that provides an attractive and secure upgrade path to Changepoint PSA for customers of QuickArrow’s professional service automation system.

Compuware’s More program offers QuickArrow customers a low-risk opportunity to start taking advantage of Changepoint.

The attractive competitive upgrade package includes:
* A discount on the initial Changepoint license purchase;
* Ongoing access to Compuware’s industry-leading support services and client management;
* A fixed-fee implementation and data conversion services;
* Three months of transition support; and,
* Access to Changepoint’s extensive pre-configured best practices library — a proven accelerator in getting companies up and running and quickly productive with the platform.
