WWJ's Ron Dewey interviews Rogelio Landin of the Detroit Workforce Development Dept. on Workforce One, a converted 35 ft RV being utilized to take job searching and career training on the road.
The Detroit Workforce Development Department will take their act to the streets. Workforce One is a coverted 38 foot long RV that acts as a mobile Michigan Wroks! One Stop Service Center on wheels. Workforce One is equipped with computer worskstations for career training and job searching activities. Rogelio Landin of the Detroit Michigan Works One Stop says it will allow to to reach people who cannot or will not visit their office locations.
