Two Compuware Execs To Speak At Technology Services World

Compuware Corp. (Nasdaq: CPWR), the Detriot software and IT services provider, said Friday that its vice president of technlogy services, Shawn Washburn, is one of three keynote speakers selected to share strategies for service leadership at TSIA's Technology Services World.

An international conference for technology services executives, Technology Services World will be held in Las Vegas now through Wednesday.

Monday, Washburn, the first of two Compuware vice presidents to speak at the conference, will present "Closing the Consumption Gap: Professional Services Powered by End-user Monitoring as a Sure-fire Strategy for Customer Adoption." He will be joined by Chris Dowse, founder and CEO of NeoChange, a leading management consulting firm specializing in effective IT adoption.

At this keynote address, attendees will learn how to redefine customer relationships; use accelerators to overcome the "consumption gap;" and extract greater returns from software investments.
