New Info In Case Of Missing Woman
The brother of a missing Detroit woman is in custody on unrelated charges, but police say he is a person of interest in the case. A body was found Wednesday in the home of Cassandra Evans, on Woodingham on the city's west side.
Evans was last seen in the home earlier this month. Police believe the woman's body may be that of Evans, but are waiting for ID from the Wayne County Medical Examiner's office.
Meantime, police tell WWJ Newsradio 950 that they will take another look at a fire in the home next door where Evans' aunt was found dead to see if there is a connection to the case.
