Business Improvement Team Offers Biz 'X-Ray'

The Bloomfield Hills-based Business Improvement Team, an organization of independent consulting firms, has created a new service offering called a "Business Diagnostic X-Ray" to look into a business's health.

The Diagnostic is a series of 60 questions with simple one to five answers. The answers result in a score that provides a quick assessment of how effectively a company is prepared to grow and prosper.

The free Diagnostic x-ray is to assist small to medium- sized business in analyzing their business, identify areas that need to be improved, and focus on those areas. From that analysis, an action plan can be created to improve their business operations.

Often the first step in making a significant difference is knowing where to make changes in a business, based on what will have the most payback and then, what to do. The results of the X-Ray will give a business a prioritized list of actions to take to accelerate the success of the business.
