The Troy manufacturing software provider Fisher/Unitech Monday announced the release of SELive, an online chat application fully embedded into SolidWorks software.
SELive allows technical support engineers to view a customer’s screen and take control if needed for diagnosis and solution. SolidWorks users simply install the Web application and launch a chat session directly from the SolidWorks Task Pane.
Fisher/Unitech says it is the only reseller offering online chat functionality for SolidWorks technical support.
