The Red Wings are talking to Evgeni Nabakov about a contract. GM Ken Holland admits interest in the free agent goalie today. Nabakov the long time San Jose Shark is looking to get back in the NHL after a short stint in Russia this year. Wings at the Blues tonight in St. Louis, Jimmy Howard will start in goal after a 2 game absence.
Tate Forcier on Twitter says he is transferring out of Michigan, the QB says he no longer feels wanted by the UM staff.
Jim Leyland says that Don Kelly will do some catching this spring and will likely be the team's emergency third catcher.
