Police Say Special Ed Teacher Had Sex With Student

Grand Blanc (WWJ) - A special education teacher at Grand Blanc High School is charged with having sex with one of her students.

Authorities say the charges against 39-year-old Tracy Jean Stimac go back to an incident earlier this month inside a car at an area apartment complex parking lot.

Two other teachers from Grand Blanc High reportedly called police after they learned what happened.

Stimac faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted on the charge of Third Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. Stimac  was expected to be arraigned Friday in 67th District Court.
