Datanational Announces Solarsoft Technology Partnership

Farmington Hills-based Datanational Corp. has announced a new business partnership with England-based Solarsoft Business Systems, an ERP software publisher for discrete manufacturers.

Datanational has experience hosting Solarsoft iVP (formerly CMS/400) customers and has over 10 years of history interacting with Solarsoft ERP applications. Datanational partners with Solarsoft to deliver infrastructure, facilities, system management services and bandwidth on-demand for the hosted iVP implementations.

Dtanational also provides system recovery products and services for the IBM i customer base, as well as colocated target systems for high availability  implementations.

At the shop floor level, Datanational's comprehensive MES system, PlantTalk:MES, is tightly integrated with Solarsoft iVP for the automotive sequencing requirements, including sequenced data integration, production reporting and shipment automation.
