Taylor, who was 16 at the time of the murder, was convicted by a Macomb County jury on all six counts of helping Ihab Maslamani abduct and kill Landry. The 21-year-old Landry, of Chesterfield Township, was found shot in the head in a vacant Detroit house.

Maslamani is currently serving life in prison. He and Taylor were also accused of robbing a bank.
