DETROIT (WWJ) The ’Big Game’ may dominate the web, TV and newspapers, but that is not the only game in town, so to speak. There are many events taking place this weekend that will be as memorable as a last second-game winning catch.
Downtown Mt. Clemens-Saturday and Sunday February 5 and 6. This is a great opportunity for the entire family to spend time outdoors during the Michigan winter while enjoying this unique show with carving demonstrations throughout the event. Saturday, February 5 from noon until 4 p.m., and Sunday, February 6 from noon until 2 p.m. Public ice carving will take place on the Fountain Stage located on Macomb Place between Walnut and Pine Streets. In addition to live carving, dozens of sculptures will be featured on the sidewalks of Downtown Mount Clemens along Macomb Place and Cherry Street Mall. For all the details click on here.
