CFI Group Appoints Jason Strickland As Marketing VP: Ann Arbor-based CFI Group, the international customer satisfaction measurement and management firm, has appointed Jason Strickland to the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Strickland's extensive experience will strengthen CFI Group's presence as the company expands its solutions to enable organizations in any industry to use the predictive power of the American Customer Satisfaction Index methodology across multiple channels. His focus is to help companies achieve customized measurement strategies to predict and increase specific outcomes such as sales, loyalty, recommendations, and shareholder value. Strickland brings more than 15 years of experience in sales management and enterprise strategy, most recently as enterprise sales director of Allegiance Inc. Strickland has also held management positions at Callware Technologies, Pharmacia Corp. (now part of Pfizer), Siebel Systems Inc., and U.S. Digital Television.
