House Explosion Leaves One Injured

HAMTRAMCK (WWJ) – A massive explosion leveled a house in Hamtramck. 

The blast happened Saturday afternoon on Norwalk. 

Police report that one person was severely burned and taken to the hospital. 

Fire crews rescued an 11-month old baby boy from the house.

Utility crews are trying to determine if it was a natural gas explosion.
