Teen Faces Charges After Newborn Found Dead

HURON COUNTY (WWJ) – A 16-year-old boy, thought to be the father of an infant found dead in a Thumb-area home, is facing criminal sexual conduct charges.

The teen, who is charged as a juvenile, is accused of having sex with the baby’s 13-year-old mother last summer.

The infant was found dead Sunday in the attic of a Huron County home. Authorities began the investigation Saturday night after being called to a local hospital. Police said the girl might not have realized she was pregnant until she was in labor.

I see. So the boy is the one charged. Because you see the girl wasn’t there when the sex happened, and as always it’s the boys fault.
