GCC Sells To CU Service Group: Southfield-based GCC Servicing Systems, a provider of mortgage servicing technology, announced that Frankenmuth-based Neighborhood Mortgage Solutions, a credit union service organization, has implemented the G/Teller interface of GCC's G/SERV loan servicing platform. Neighborhood Mortgage Solutions provides mortgage services to approximately 30 member credit unions. The CUSO decided to implement G/Teller to offer credit unions the option of accepting mortgage payments at the teller window. By enabling members to submit payments in the branch, credit unions increase face time with the member, as well as cross selling opportunities. G/Teller also helps the CUSO combine data from several disparate systems into one location, avoiding the need to build individual interfaces with each credit union's platform. In addition to increasing payment options, G/Teller provides tellers with access to specific loan-level data that can be used to answer member questions on topics such as payment history and escrow and tax statuses.
