Two GPSHS Administrators Out After Investigation Into 'Inappropriate Images' In Emails

GROSSE POINTE (WWJ) - The principal and assistant principal at Grosse Pointe South High School have quit after an investigation of "inappropriate adult images'' in personal emails.

The district told parents Sunday that Principal Allan Diver and Assistant Principal Brandon Slone have resigned.

In a letter posted on the Grosse Pointe Public School System's website, Superintendent  Suzanne Klein says the district recently started investigating violations of its technology use policies.

Klein says students were ``not involved in any way'' with the case.

She says Assistant Principal Joan Murphy will serve as acting principal for the rest of the school year.
